Are you ready for #OneChicago night?

We definitely are ready for Chicago Med, Chicago P.D., and Chicago Fire to have their spotlight moment. The three procedural series are taking over Wednesday nights at NBC with back-to-back-to-back intense, life or death TV drama, and as we know from last season, no character is safe.

The news comes not long after her other NBC show 'The Brave' was canceled.

P.D. and Fire will be premiering without two key characters — Alvin Olinsky (Elias Koteas) and Gabby Dawson (Monica Raymund), respectively. Olinsky died from a stabbing wound he suffered in prison last season and Dawson accepted a job out of country (but how she will officially depart the show is still up in the air).

Also, as previously done every other season, the three Chicago shows will have an epic crossover episode on October 3, according to Entertainment Weekly. The first responderers answer a call about an enormous fire at a Chicago residential high-rise building and must race against the clock to save lives.
