Weatherly is undergoing 'leadership coaching,' while CBS considers the 'NCIS' situation 'resolved.'

In the episode, Michael Weatherly‘s titular character prepares for the impending birth of his child with ex-wife Izzy (Yara Martinez). Their relationship continues to be a sore spot for former colleague Benny (Freddie Rodriguez), who quit working at TAC after learning about Bull’s hookup with his sister.

In the meantime, the team faces a difficult court case without Benny’s help. They work on a defense for a bartender who stands trial for involuntary manslaughter — the twist is that the case involves the mass killing committed by not the bartender but one of his “inebriated” customers.
