Best Lines of the Week (July 28-August 3): ‘I Am What You Call a Chillbilly’

Big Brother - Red
CBS

Love is in the air — or at least, it’s on our screens. From streaming shows like The Summer I Turned Pretty and Heartstopper to watching The Bachelorette, we swooned over the new and old relationships developing and unfolding. But don’t worry: If you’re not in the mood to have your heart strings pulled there were plenty of other shows that kept us entertained, all of which made it even harder for us to select our absolute favorite rounds of dialogue this week.

The darkly comedic Breeders kept us laughing in its final season as Ally (Daisy Haggard) and Paul (Martin Freeman) juggle their kids, careers, and personal lives. Big Brother premiered its newest season and introduced some comical characters that we cannot wait to watch. Plus, we learned more about an influencer and comedic content creator turned boxer, Jake Paul, in his new Netflix documentary Untold: Jake Paul the Problem Child, which takes a more serious look at his career.

No matter how you’re feeling or what you’re in the mood for, scroll down to see our picks for this week’s best quotes.
