Blackthorne will appear opposite Deadpool’s Morena Baccarin and Fringe’s John Noble in the in-development sci-fi comedy Home Invasion, “the story of two burglars who breaks into a house who find themselves face to face with an absurd close encounter,” per Variety.

Lewis is joining Dakota Johnson, Tracee Ellis Ross, and Ice Cube in the upcoming film Covers, “a comedy set among the talent, fame and fast-paced world of Hollywood’s music scene,” Deadline reports.
In addition to her role in the proposed spinoff, McNamara has also been cast opposite Alexander Skarsgard and Whoopi Goldberg in CBS All Access’ limited series adaptation of the Stephen King book The Stand.
The Arrowverse will have to muddle along without its namesake: Arrow aired its series finale on January 28, ending a run of eight seasons and 170 episodes. The stars of the CW superhero drama are just getting started, though, and many have already booked new projects.
The cast, both past and present, thanked Stephen Amell, each other, the crew, and the fans.
