Milo Ventimiglia Ditches Jack’s Mustache After Wrapping ‘This Is Us’ Season 2
The most popular TV dad right now is inarguably Jack Pearson, making Milo Ventimiglia‘s face pretty darn recognizable—but you’ll be doing a double take when you see him now.
This Is Us recently wrapped Season 2, and the SAG Award-winning cast was quick to switch up their looks. First, Mandy Moore went blond post-production, and now Ventimiglia has ditched Jack’s famous mustache!
The actor, who also opted for a trim of his dark locks, was seen in an Instagram photo with his hair stylist looking fresh and scruff-free, reminding many a Gilmore Girl fan of his days as a baby-faced Jess Mariano.

Check out the jarring transformation below. This proves that the This Is Us makeup department truly knows what they’re doing when it comes to making the actor look more dad-like.
That said, Ventimiglia is clearly resistant to the perils of aging. Of course, like any transformation that a beloved actor makes, people have a lot of feelings, check out some of the more drastic reactions below.
