Wendy Williams passed out while shooting her daytime talk show, The Wendy Williams Show, on Monday. The host was dressed in an elaborate Statue of Liberty costume when the incident occurred.

Williams began to introduce a Halloween segment when she her eyes widened and she started to wobble. “We do it every year. It’s always a lot of fun,” Williams began. “Let’s get started. Our first caress…,” she slurred before she took a few steps back and collapsed.

A member of the Wendy Williams Show production team ran over to help as the show cut to commercial.

When the show returned, Williams told her audience, “That was not a stunt. I overheated and did pass out, but I’m a champ and I’m back.”

Watch the scary moment:

“Wendy is feeling much better. She overheated because of her heavy costume, makeup, and lights,” a rep for the show told People. “She was able to finish the show in true Wendy spirit. She will address the incident on tomorrow’s show.”

Williams has since taken to social media to assure her fans she’s alright. She posted a message on Instagram that read, “Everybody relax. I’m doing fine, just need some water and electrolytes. On another note, I slayed and laid on Halloween, LOL!”
