‘Vanderpump Rules’ Followup ‘Lisa Las Vegas’ Is Less Scandoval, More Scramble
What To Know
- Vanderpump Rules: Lisa Las Vegas is a three-episode limited series that follows Lisa Vanderpump and her team as they race to open The Vanderpump Hotel in Las Vegas, focusing more on business challenges than personal drama.
- Here’s a breakdown of the series and how it differs from Vanderpump Rules.
Lisa Vanderpump has opened 39 restaurants but never a hotel. Lisa Las Vegas shows the three days before her biggest gamble opens, with unfinished rooms, holes in the ceiling, and a Strip that’s about to find out!
When Bravo announced Vanderpump Rules: Lisa Las Vegas, the title promised a spinoff of the franchise’s biggest brand. What it delivers is closer to a business docuseries with a soap-opera heart. The three-episode limited series follows Lisa Vanderpump, her family, and her team as they race to finish and launch The Vanderpump Hotel in Las Vegas. It aired as a two-night event, with the first two episodes back-to-back on Tuesday and the finale on Wednesday.
Part 1: “Vegas? That’s Epic, Baby!”
The premiere sets the stakes fast. Lisa gets to open her own hotel on the Strip, but the team feels the pressure of a never-ending to-do list. Walking in, everything feels like a construction site, and Lisa fears those around her lack urgency. The emotional centerpiece is a reunion with party planner Kevin Lee. Lisa had brought him in to decorate the hotel, but he had also planned Kyle Richards‘ White Party, which she saw as working with someone who had hurt her. Kevin first insisted it was business, then admitted he’d feel terrible if the roles were reversed. When Lisa told him to admit he was wrong and apologize so they could move on, he did, and they hugged. It’s a very Lisa moment, built on loyalty, with almost no screaming.

Part 2: “If It Was Easy, Everyone Would Do It”
The second hour is where the chaos peaks. With time running out, Lisa and her team rush to finish the hotel. Guests begin checking in before all the rooms are ready; late deliveries, holes in the ceiling, and complaining guests threaten the opening. With the trailer having already teased obstacles like missing carpets and no power, the episode also slows down for a personal beat: At home, Lisa opens up about how her childhood affected her drive to succeed.
Part 3: “Misbehave Accordingly”
The finale is the payoff. With celebrity guests arriving in droves for the grand opening party, Lisa and her family are on top of the world and on top of the Strip. Garcelle Beauvais makes a surprise return to Bravo, appearing with her son Oliver Saunders, who works as a waiter at Vanderpump à Paris. Lala Kent and Tom Schwartz also make cameos. The night before the opening, Lisa hosts a family dinner and tearfully praises her daughter Pandora. The party the finale shows was filmed in June 2026, so the champagne you see on screen is a few months old.
The differences between Lisa Las Vegas and its predecessor come from the very structure of the spinoff. In Vanderpump Rules, Lisa is the boss in the background, and the young staff drives the story. Here, she is the lead, and the stakes are her brand and her legacy, which changes the series’ magnetic core. The conflict is a deadline and a half-built lobby, not a love triangle or a friend-group feud. Even the Kevin Lee confrontation is an old feud from her Housewives days, not a staff fight.
The tight, limited series with a fixed finish line and the opening party can’t sprawl the way a long season does. Since the franchise has already rebooted with an entirely new cast for Season 13, there is room for a spinoff that treats the original cast as guests. Natalie Maguire, Venus Binkley, Chris Hahn, Angelica Jensen, Marcus Johnson, and Audrey Lingle road trip to Vegas to help, but they’re still supporting players (fow now). The main storyline belongs to Lisa and her family.
