One of the biggest paranormal ghost hunts for those in the hunt is at Bihl Manor, located at 1213 Buckland Avenue in Fremont, Ohio. It sits just blocks from Fort Stephenson, where a famous battle in the War of 1812 killed many. It was built in the 1890s by Toledo native Jerome Bihl, a prominent Fremont businessman who owned a jewelry and piano store before moving to Minnesota.

Bihl sold the manor in the 1920s to Clarence and Daisie Wolfe, who, according to the manor’s website, allowed friends and family to use it for funeral viewings and memorial services.
