‘Hell’s Kitchen’ Season 25 Sneak Peek: Gordon Ramsay Puts Gen Z Chefs to the Test

“Hell’s Kitchen has been on for a generation,” Gordon Ramsay says in the above sneak peek at Season 25, exclusive to TV Insider. “I could only have dreamt of five, 10, 15 seasons.”

TV’s most celebrated chef then notes that the silver anniversary season comes with a timely twist: “Twenty-five is not just our number of seasons. This year, it’s also our age limit.”

From there, we see the red and blue teams in action, as Ramsay channels the kids to ask, “Is everyone happy with their dishes? Are they f**king bussing?”

Young though the contestants may be, Ramsay seems impressed by the new crop in line to win: “It’s the most talented season we’ve ever shot in the history of this competition,” he promises in the clip. It’s been one of the most competitive seasons. They are fearless, focused, driven, hungry, and they are keen to make their mark on this historic season,” he teases in the clip.

Indeed, the preview shows a rare spray of praise in store from the notoriously picky host. As Ramsay himself might say, well done!

It’s not all sunshine, though; there are still some major no-nos on display from the budding chefs, including one wearing flip-flops in the kitchen and another allowing her pizza to take a detour to the floor en route to the oven. Double whoops.

“It’s going to be a great watch,” Ramsay then assures us.
