‘Kitchen Nightmares’ Sneak Peek: Gordon Ramsay Demands Accountability From Steakhouse Owner

In Tuesday’s (August 18) new episode of Kitchen Nightmares, there’ll be a father-son conflict at the center of the culinary conundrums.

This time, Gordon Ramsay heads to Madison Heights, Michigan, to help out the team at Boodles Restaurant, a New York-style supper club with a family feud at play.

As the descriptions tells us, “After four decades of business, Boodles Restaurant is struggling as its aging owner and son clash over the restaurant’s future, and poor communication leaves the staff disconnected. When Gordon uncovers the source of the dysfunction, he helps bridge the family divide to give this longtime restaurant a chance.”

According to this exclusive sneak peek clip of the episode, though, it looks like Ramsay will have his work cut out for him indeed.

In the preview footage, Ramsay confronts the son of the owner and demands he take accountability for what’s going wrong with the restaurant.

“Give me two minutes with the f**king owner,” Ramsay says. “Please, leave me alone.”

Once the two find a place to talk, Ramsay kneels with his head in hand as he listens to Kevin explain, “It’s a f**king catastrophe. I didn’t realize that some of these practices were that bad.”

At that, Ramsay stands to exclaim, “You’ve got to take accountability. Whether you like it or not. You’ve got to get involved … Why are you scared, Kevin?!”

“I’m still serving guests,” Kevin attempts to explain. “I get mired into the shift work.”

Ramsay then snaps back to say that his attention to the wine list is pointless. “What’s the point of a wine list today if we can’t have f**king decent food?!”

After Kevin admits he gets lost on sommelier duties, Ramsay takes his criticisms even further, saying, “I understand why dad doesn’t trust you. You need to take responsibility!”
