Things are getting tense on Ladies of London: The New Reign. In an exclusive preview of the Thursday, April 2, episode, tensions rise between Kimi Murdoch and Martha Sitwell at a My Fair Lady-themed party.
The exact origin of the ladies’ argument is unclear, but their fight has something to do with fellow cast member Margo Stilley. “What did she say that was so b**chy?” Martha asks Kimi. “Her demeanor is horrific,” Kimi replies, with Mark-Francis Vandelli agreeing, “It’s her demeanor, darling.”
Martha then wonders what Kim’s “problem” is, prompting Kimi to get in her face and ask, “Why are you always defending her? Why don’t you f**king defend me for once?”
Rather than backing down like she might have in the past, Martha replies, “Because you are a psychotic b**ch. I love you for it, but you are.” Kimi asks if Martha also thinks Margo is a “psychotic b**ch,” to which Martha responds, “Not in the same way you are. Your behavior in that car was not acceptable.”
This appears to strike a nerve with Kimi. She claps back, “F**k you. I can say whatever I want.” Meanwhile, Margo and the other women are watching this all go down. “I’ve literally never heard Martha talk like this before,” Margo admits. “I’m quite proud.” Lottie Kane agrees, adding, “So proud!”
Kimi then tells Martha, “I question our friendship. I’m your f**king true friend and I always defend you.” Martha points out that she’s “defended [Kimi] right f**king back” as well. “You are blinded by her L.A. fake lights,” Kimi insists. “I’m out.”
In a confessional, Missé Beqiri admits, “I’ve never seen Martha fight with anyone,” while Margo says, “My God, who is this confrontational babe? I love that she’s standing up for me right now.” Meanwhile, Mark is “mortified that this has descended into what is essentially a brawl,” and Myka Meier points out, “This is a My Fair Lady party, and there’s nothing ladylike about it.”
The Thursday, April 2, episode of Ladies of London: The New Reign will air in a special time slot at 10:15/9:15c following the premiere of The Real Housewives of Rhode Island. It will return to its usual 9/8c time slot on April 9.
