On January 28, Turner Classic Movies will honor the life and work of acclaimed filmmaker Rob Reiner with a special programming tribute celebrating his influential career. The movie marathon will begin with a premiere presentation of The Princess Bride, one of Reiner’s most beloved and enduring films, before continuing with a curated selection of his most beloved works.

“With This is Spinal Tap, Rob began an extraordinary 11-year run that rivals the finest directors in Hollywood history: He made The Sure Thing, Stand by Me, The Princess Bride, When Harry Met Sally, Misery, A Few Good Men, and The American President,” said TCM host Ben Mankiewicz.
