As for Shipman, she’ll play Pippa, an up-and-coming social media star who is collaborating with Max on some new songs. Originally from North Carolina, Shipman moved to New York City to pursue her love of acting at a young age.

Her television credits include Saturday Night Live, The Game Shakers, and Red Ruby. Shipman also had a voice role in the 2015 film The Peanuts Movie in which she voiced Violet. Stay tuned to see how Bell Bundy and Shipman impact the dynamic of Call Me Kat‘s main crew as Season 2 continues on Fox.

The show follows 39-year-old Kat (Mayim Bialik) who has decided to open a cat-themed cafe with money her parents had been saving for her wedding. Joining Bialik and Cheyenne as part of the main cast are Leslie Jordan, Kyla Pratt, Swoozie Kurtz, and Julian Grant.
