Though he’s never far from his podcast mic, Theo Von is back in the spotlight with his new Netflix special, Theo Von: I’m Doing Fine. The comedian is known for getting candid on stage and on This Past Weekend, so dating and hookups aren’t an off-limits topic. Last year, Von explained he had intimacy issues when he was younger that likely stemmed from his lack of connection with his mom growing up. “So, if I got around a woman, I got very nervous, right? Per The Podcast Owl, Von has spoken about his commitment issues as well as his desire to find a wife and have children. Someone even arranged a series of various clips from his podcast where he talks about getting married, but Von hasn’t been in a relationship publicly since 2016, when E! News confirmed that he was seeing The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ Brandi Glanville. They started dating after appearing on each others’ podcasts.
“He’s a comedian. He’s hilarious and I think the most important thing that any guy can do for you is make you laugh,” Glanville said, per Bravo. “And whether we become a couple or best friends, who knows? But I know we definitely have chemistry and I enjoy hanging out with him.”

Since then, Von, who mentioned having flings with other reality stars during his MTV Road Rules days, has only sparked dating rumors. In April 2026, Langley performed a duet with the comedian at the Stagecoach Festival, weeks after Langley appeared on This Past Weekend. When Langley handed him her phone during the interview, and he joked, “I’ll just put my number in here. Sorry! Sorry, I just got taken over by the devil.” As of October 2023, Langley is currently linked to fellow singer Tucker Wetmore.
A few weeks after Stagecoach, then-Vanderbilt quarterback Diego Pavia promised Von that he could take his mom on a date if Vanderbilt beat South Carolina. When that happened, Von joked on X, “Where should I take her?” Pavia responded, “What @TheoVon forgot is, I said it was a deal if and only if he told @tatemcrae to lemme take her on A1 date in Nashville. twitter make it happen.”
Von later wrote on X, “Never got the date but did develop a friendship with the greatest family in college sports! God Bless the Pavias!”
That’s the latest instance of Von’s dating life that made headlines, so it appears the 46-year-old comedian is single in 2026.
