Chantel Everett has officially tied the knot with Ashley Bowen after confessing feelings for her then-friend during Season 1 of 90 Day: Hunt for Love.
During the inaugural season of the singles resort series, Chantel went on multiple dates with men who were entering the 90 Day Fiancé franchise for the first time before admitting to viewers that she had recently shared her first kiss with a woman back home and could not stop thinking about it. While Ashley made her on-screen debut via FaceTime, the duo revealed they were officially dating on stage at the season’s Tell All. With Season 2 of Hunt for Love underway, Chantel and Ashley’s wedding day has arrived.

Who is Ashley Bowen?
Ashley is from Alabama but currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with her wife. She is a Navy veteran, actress, author, and musician. According to her website, Ashley enlisted in the Navy at 18 and served four years on the USS Carl Vinson. She states, “During her military tenure, she participated in several deployments, including a humanitarian mission to Haiti following the 2010 earthquake.” After leaving the Navy, Ashley found a love for acting and attended the Art Institute of Atlanta, where she studied digital film and video production. She has also published three workbooks that are “designed for set life.”
When did Chantel and Ashley get married?
Chantel and Ashley got married on October 17, 2026, at Fountainview Mansion in Auburn, Alabama. Chantel told People, “As two women, there is something deeply meaningful about celebrating our love openly and proudly. Our wedding is a celebration, but our marriage is the everyday commitment to growing together, creating a home, and being each other’s family.” At their intimate wedding, they had roughly 60 friends and family in attendance.

The outlet also reported that the couple departed from their reception in a helicopter traveling to The St. Regis in Atlanta. The next day, Ashley took Chantel to Le Blanc Spa Resort in Cancun, Mexico, for their surprise honeymoon.
How did Chantel and Ashley meet?
During an exclusive interview with Swooon, Chantel revealed that she met Ashley through her brother, River. She explained, “I met her through River at one of his birthday parties, and we got really close after that, and she just became a really good friend of mine. I remember asking one of my friends one time, ‘I was just wondering, like, do you think Ashley likes me?’ And they’re like, ‘Oh no, no, she doesn’t like you. She’s just being a really good friend.’ But hindsight’s 20/20? She had romantic feelings for me.”
When did Chantel and Ashley start dating?
Before Chantel left for Hunt for Love, Ashley kissed her when they were out at a bar. Looking back, Chantel told Swooon, “I intentionally pulled away. I didn’t want to kiss one of my friends because I didn’t know if I liked her. I liked her for sure, like as a friend, and I had something between us that I didn’t understand.”

Since that was the last time she saw Ashley before leaving for Hunt for Love, Chantel quickly realized she wanted to explore that relationship more than any of the sparks she saw in Tulum, so she called Ashley and asked if they could give it a real shot.
