Connor Wood is hitting the Dancing With the Stars ballroom for Season 35’s Dedication Night with a Viennese waltz to “Piano Man” by Billy Joel, dedicated to his dad, Pete Masich. It’s about time we get to know Papa’s Papa!
This season, Wood is dancing with Rylee Arnold. While they ended up at the back of the pack during the last live show, October 20’s Dedication Night is bound to be their most vulnerable dance yet. Ahead of the episode, they even revealed that Pete will be joining them on the dance floor (at least for a little bit).

Connor’s dad is Pete Masich. (Wood was born Connor Masich as well.) Per his LinkedIn, Pete is a pilot for United Airlines. This week on Dancing With the Stars, Pete is joining Connor on the dance floor, doing two steps in his Viennese waltz. Find out more about his DWTS debut below!

Last week, Wood’s dad tried to vote for him via text. However, instead, he accidentally sent his son’s name to Walgreens 10 times over. Turns out, the ballroom dance show and the pharmacy’s phone numbers are just one digit off!

Connor’s mom, Toni Masich, has appeared in a handful of his TikTok videos and on his Instagram feed. She lives with his dad in Montgomery, Texas.

Does Connor Wood have siblings?
Connor appears to have at least one sister named Mackenzi Masich. While she pops up in a few of his family posts from before he became an influencer, her social media is private, so we don’t know too much about her just yet.
