NCIS has made its way to the Big Apple for an all-new franchise spinoff starring LL Cool J and Scott Caan. From the Brooklyn Bridge to Katz’s Deli, this series is a love letter to New York City, so we’re taking a deep dive into all the love stories taking place behind the scenes.
NCIS: New York follows former NCIS: Los Angeles character Sam Hanna (LL Cool J), who returns to his hometown and partners with a new team of agents protecting the city and its ports, including his “roguish” new partner, Nick Schaeffer (Caan). After the series premiere on October 6, it’s clear that this team is about to soar right into our hearts.

LL Cool J
NCIS: LA alum LL Cool J is married to Simone Smith, a jewelry designer. They started dating when they were teenagers. According to People, they met in 1987 and were together for eight years before tying the knot in 1995. Together, they have four kids, Najee, Italia, Samaria, and Nina, and three grandchildren.
Scott Caan
Caan, son of legendary Godfather star James Caan, is best known for playing Turk Malloy in the Ocean’s Eleven movie series. He’s been in a long-term relationship with his partner, Kacy Byxbee, a costume designer he worked with on Hawaii Five-0. In July 2014, they welcomed their daughter, Josie James Caan.
Shane Harper
Harper, who plays Wyatt Sellers on NCIS: NY, is married to his Good Luck Charlie costar Samantha Boscarino. On the Disney Channel series, Harper played Teddy’s (Bridgit Mendler) boyfriend, Spencer Walsh, and Boscarino played Skyler, the girl he cheated on Teddy with. After meeting in 2010, Harper and Boscarino got married in 2025.
Devin Druid
Devin Druid, who stars as Sean Sullivan in the CBS series, has been in a long-term relationship with his girlfriend, Annie Marie Elliot, for eight years. Elliot is a director, best known for writing and directing the horror short film, Agonist. Elliot also acted in the short film as Livia, costarring with Druid, who played Tristan.
Jennifer Beals
Flashdance star Jennifer Beals is currently married to Ken Dixon, an entrepreneur from Canada. They tied the knot in 1998, and seven years later, in 2005, they had their daughter, Ella. Dixon also has two children from a previous marriage, making them a family of five! Beals plays Assistant Special Agent-in-Charge Robyn Wells on NCIS: NY.
Jacqueline Byers
Out of all the NCIS: NY cast members, Jacqueline Byers keeps her relationship status the most private. Byers stars in the new CBS drama as Addison “Addy” Ross.
