Kamp Kikakee janitor Ernest finally gets to be counselor, for a bunch of juvenile delinquents. A bumbling maintenance worker at a summer camp must rise to the occasion to save the day when the camp for juvenile delinquents is threatened by a mining company looking to destroy it.
