Kim Woodburn, born Patricia Mary McKenzie on 25 March 1942 in Eastney, Hampshire, England, was best known as the “Queen of Clean.” She rose to fame after being discovered while working as a live-in cleaner, and co-presented the hit Channel 4 series “How Clean Is Your House?” from 2003 to 2009 alongside Aggie MacKenzie.

Beyond her cleaning credentials, Kim built a high-profile media career, starring in the Canadian spin-off “Kim’s Rude Awakenings” and appearing on reality TV shows like “I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!” in 2009 (finishing runner-up) and “Celebrity Big Brother” in 2017 (placing third). She also wrote an autobiography, Unbeaten, where she openly recounted her traumatic childhood, including abuse and the heartbreaking stillbirth of her son.

Kim passed away on June 16 , 2025 at the age of 83 following a short illness. She was survived by her husband, Peter Woodburn, to whom she had been married since 1979.
