Charlotte d'Amboise is an American actress and dancer. She has played starring roles in musical theatre, and has been nominated for two Tony Awards and won the Los Angeles Ovation Awards for Best Leading Actress in a Musical for Chicago.
Her work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Lost in the Bermuda Triangle" (1998-99). Following that project, she worked on the Peter MacNicol comedy "American Blue Note" (1991), the drama "Just Off the Coast" (1992) with William Converse-Roberts and "The Preacher's Wife" (1996) with Denzel Washington. She also appeared in "Every Little Step" (2009). She also worked in television around this time, including a part on "Law & Order" (1990-2010). D'Amboise last acted in the comedy "Frances Ha" (2013) with Greta Gerwig.
