Amanda Anka is an American movie, television, and voice actress. Anka's acting career began mostly with her roles in various films, such as the Kristy Swanson action comedy "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" (1992), "Lost Highway" (1997) and the Brittany Murphy horror film "Cherry Falls" (2001). She also appeared in the TV movie "Frankenstein: The College Years" (Fox, 1991-92).
She worked in series television while getting her start in acting, including a part on "Beverly Hills 90210" (Fox, 1990-2000). In the early 2000s, Anka devoted her time to various credits, such as "Undercover Brother" (2002) starring Eddie Griffin, "Broken Lizard's Club Dread" (2004) starring Jay Chandrasekhar and "Taxi" (2004). She also worked on "The Honeymooners" (2005) starring Cedric The Entertainer. In her more recent career, she continued to act in "The TV Set" (2007) with Lindsay Sloane, the Dallas Roberts comedic drama "Ingenious" (2009) and the dramatic comedy "Somewhere" (2010) with Stephen Dorff. Anka most recently acted in "Bad Words" (2014). Anka's husband was Jason Bateman.
