Over the course of his career, Allen Swift has lent his memorable voice to a variety of Hollywood productions. In his early voice career, Swift worked in films like the Carl Reiner animated movie "Alice of Wonderland in Paris" (1966), the Boris Karloff animated feature "Mad Monster Party" (1967) and "Raggedy Ann & Andy" (1976) with Didi Conn. Additionally, Swift added his pipes to "Alice of Wonderland in Paris" (1966), "Mad Monster Party" (1967) with Boris Karloff and the animated motion picture "Raggedy Ann & Andy" (1976) with Didi Conn. In the eighties and the nineties, Swift devoted his time to various credits, such as "Pinocchio's Christmas" (ABC, 1980-81), "Barbapapa" and "Seize the Day" (PBS, 1986-87). He also worked on "Law & Order" (NBC, 1990-2010), "On Seventh Avenue" (NBC, 1995-96) and "A Price Above Rubies" with Renee Zellweger (1998). In the nineties and the early 2000s, Swift lent his talents to projects like "Safe Men" (1998) starring Sam Rockwell, "Courage the Cowardly Dog" and "James Thurber: The Life and Hard Times" (PBS, 1999-2000). His credits also expanded to "Top Hat & Tales: Harold Ross and the Making of the New Yorker" and "Checking Out" (2006) starring Peter Falk. Swift last appeared on "Larry Flynt: The Right To Be Left Alone" (IFC, 2007-08). Swift passed away in April 2010 at the age of 86.
