Alexia Echevarria

Alexia Echevarria is a Cuban-American television personality and businesswoman best known for her role on Bravo’s reality series "The Real Housewives of Miami." She was part of the original cast when the show debuted in 2011 and has remained one of its most recognizable figures through its multiple seasons and Peacock revival.

Born in Cuba and raised in Miami, Alexia built a career in the fashion and media world before entering reality television. She was the executive editor of Venue magazine, a Miami-based lifestyle publication, which covered entertainment, fashion, and celebrity culture, particularly within the Latin community.

Often referred to as the "Cuban Barbie," Alexia is known on "The Real Housewives of Miami" for her glamorous lifestyle, emotional storylines involving her family — particularly her two sons, one of whom suffered a traumatic brain injury in a car accident — and her candid personality. She remarried in 2021 to Todd Nepola, a real estate investor and entrepreneur, after the passing of her first husband, Herman Echevarria, in 2016.
