‘Slow Horses’ Finale Explained: River’s Cliffhanger, That Shocking Death & More

  October 22, 2026

I was shocked by the ending. This article gets the source of the poison wrong - it was the crowbar that was poisoned, not the wine. Right after River picked the crowbar up and moved it, he shook his hand as if something was on it. I had a bad feeling as soon as I noticed the out of place crowbar, set in such a stange place that someone would naturally pick it up and move it out of the way. I hope River survives!
