Bishop & Torres Get Close as the 'NCIS' Team Pieces Together a Case (PHOTOS)

NCIS has seemingly set Bishop (Emily Wickersham) and Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) up to be the next "Tiva," and the two are going to get awfully close in the February 18 episode.

But it's not exactly what it appears to be. Exec producers Frank Cardea and Steven D. Binder also tease an arc they've been building towards.
