Presley Gerber’s ex-girlfriend Lexi Wood, a model who starred on Season 9 of Summer House in 2025, gave new insight into their relationship in a touching tribute following his death at age 27.
“It’s hard to put into words what it means to lose someone who was such a meaningful part of my life for so many years,” Lexi wrote in an Instagram post on September 22, two days after Presley was found dead at a rehab center. “Through every chapter and every version of our relationship, friendship was always at the core of it.”
She continued, “Everyone who loved Presley and was loved by him knows he was one of the kindest, most open, loving and courageous people. He loved so deeply, so purely, was incredibly romantic and thoughtful. He was also incredibly resilient. He fought so hard for his life and he was brave enough to be open about that fight. More than anything, he wanted to use his story to help other people, and he did. I feel so lucky to have shared so many years of friendship, so many memories and so much love with him. He will always hold such a special place in my heart, and we will all miss him forever.”

Charlotte D’Alessio, another one of Presley’s model exes, also shared a tribute for the eldest child and only son of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber. “Shared a pure love with you & for that I thank & honor your life,” she wrote on her Instagram Story. “You deserved more time. You deserved more life. Very angry [about] this.” Presley and Charlotte were first linked in 2017 and dated for about two years.

In a now-deleted post filled with PDA pics, Wood, who had previously dated Brooklyn Beckham, wrote, “Guys, I did it. I’ve found the person that makes me the happiest person I’ve ever been.”
The pair also attended Presley’s parents’ Halloween party that year and made a red carpet appearance with Cindy and Rande around the same time as their Instagram hard-launch.
However, by mid December 2022, they had broken up. “They realized very quickly it wasn’t going to be a long-term relationship,” E! reported, with a source noting that Lexi wanted to “focus on herself, her modeling, podcast, and partnerships.”
She went on to star on Season 9 of Summer House and briefly dated cast member Jesse Solomon in 2024. Based on her Instagram tribute to Presley, though, it appears the two maintained some form of a relationship after their split.
