The B&B actress is married to Elan Ruspoli. The couple got engaged in November 2017 and eloped in the summer of 2018. “It was very small and casual,” Wood told Soap Opera Digest at the time. “We can always do something bigger later, but we thought, ‘We love each other, so why wait?'”

When Wood was pregnant with Valor, B&B did not write her pregnancy into the show, so production had to get creative to hide her bump. “They’ve been doing certain shots and body shots,” she told Michael Fairman TV at the time. “I know it’ll be that time where it turns, and I’ll really pop and they’ll be having full close-ups on me again to cover me up. It may already be happening.”
The Daytime Emmy winner announced she was expecting her fifth child in March 2025. “I’m almost 7 months pregnant! Our family is beyond excited, and my kids are over the moon. It’s such a special time in our home—so much love, energy, and anticipation!” she wrote in her newsletter.
During the final months of her fifth pregnancy, Wood wasn’t as active on social media. In October 2025, Wood revealed that she had given birth to her son, Talon. “Welcomed a beautiful, healthy baby boy at home,” she wrote in the comments of her Instagram post. “This season has been all about being still, soaking in every precious moment, and embracing the quiet magic of new beginnings. Social media took a little back seat, but I’m so happy to be back and say hello again.”

On August 23, the B&B shared a rare glimpse into her family life with an Instagram post. “A little slice of paradise…” she captioned the photos, which included sweet snaps of her children with their dad, interacting with their farm animals, and more.
