Patricia McPherson is an American actress best known for her role as Bonnie Barstow on the 1980s television series "Knight Rider." She played the smart and resourceful technician who maintained KITT, the show's iconic high-tech talking car, during the show's first season (1982–1983) and returned for seasons three and four after being absent in season two.

Born on November 27, 1954, in Oak Harbor, Washington, McPherson studied journalism at San Diego State University before turning to acting. Outside of "Knight Rider," her television appearances included guest roles on shows such as "MacGyver," "Dynasty," "Murder, She Wrote," and "Starman." She retired from acting in the early 1990s and became active in environmental conservation work, particularly in California.
