Jennie Kim

Jennie Kim, known mononymously as Jennie, is a South Korean singer, rapper, and actress best known as a member of the global K-pop group Blackpink. Born on January 16, 1996, in South Korea, she spent several years studying in New Zealand before returning to her home country to train under YG Entertainment. She debuted with Blackpink in 2016, quickly rising to international fame with hits like "Boombayah," "DDU-DU DDU-DU," and "Kill This Love."

Jennie is known for her charismatic stage presence, versatile performance style, and fashion-forward image, often being dubbed the "Human Chanel" due to her longstanding affiliation with the luxury brand. In 2018, she launched a solo music career with her debut single "SOLO," which topped charts in South Korea and globally.
