Chris Tarrant

Chris Tarrant is a British television and radio broadcaster, best known for hosting the UK version of "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?" from 1998 to 2014. His charismatic and sometimes dramatic presenting style became iconic, particularly his catchphrases like "Is that your final answer?" and his skillful use of suspense.

Before "Millionaire," Tarrant was a popular radio DJ and TV presenter, hosting shows such as Tiswas, a chaotic children's Saturday morning program in the 1970s and early 1980s. He later became a well-known radio host on Capital Radio, where he had a long-running breakfast show.

Beyond his game show fame, Tarrant has worked on various travel and documentary programs, including "Chris Tarrant: Extreme Railways," where he explores some of the world's most challenging train journeys.
