It’s been a whole summer since Jackie (Nikki Rodriguez) abandoned the Walter ranch for New York City, putting a pin in her messy love triangle with brothers Alex and Cole (Noah LaLonde). When Jackie finds herself back in Silver Springs, she discovers that certain things aren’t exactly how she left them, including her sort-of ex Alex. Walter Boys showrunner Melanie Halsall sat down with Swooon to talk Alex’s transformation ahead of Season 2, which drops on Thursday, August 28.
