Admittedly, most Islanders didn’t leave the show in exclusive relationships. However, winners Amaya Espinal and Bryan Arenales were exclusively dating when they left the villa, but had a dramatic breakup shortly after the reunion. The aftermath was shown in the Love Island: Beyond the Villaspinoff. Second-place couple Olandria Carthen and Nic Vansteenberghe were going strong for about a year until it was revealed they parted ways. (More details on that below.)
However, the spinoff show revealed that two couples were going strong, one of which reconnected after filming ended. In the wake of the Nicolandria news, which Season 7 stars are actually still together? Scroll to find out, and let us know which split shocked you in the comments at the end of the page.

Chelley Bissainthe & Ace Greene
Status: Split
They didn’t make it to the finale, but Ace and Chelley were one of the few couples to become exclusive during the show. They left the villa together in Episode 34. In the days after, they confirmed that they’re still dating post-elimination. In late September 2025, they shared that they were officially boyfriend and girlfriend.
However, on December 12, 2025, Chelley confirmed that they’d recently broken up.

Olandria Carthen & Nic Vansteenberghe
Status: Split
Nic and Olandria’s time together on Love Island USA was a roller coaster. For one, they were both on the verge of being dumped before being saved by producers in Episode 21. The only catch? They had to couple up with each other. They ended up in the friend zone, but once Nic’s former partner Cierra Ortega unexpectedly left the show, Olandria partnered up with him again in Episode 30.
The couple saw the season through to the end, landing in second place. During the finale, both Nic and Olandria spoke about seeing each other in the real world, and they did for about a year.
Nic and Olandria faced breakup rumors throughout their time together, but they didn’t split until July 2026. A source told People that “the distance between them and their busy schedules made it challenging to maintain their connection. They still remain close friends. They share a deep love and respect for each other and will always support one another whenever possible.”

Iris Kendall & Pepe Garcia-Gonzalez
Status: Split
Iris and Pepe were one of the newer pairings going into the finale, getting together during the last week of the season. Still, the fourth place couple decided to stay together, though they didn’t make things official. Iris and Pepe agreed to meet up once the show was over.
“I get to hang out with you now back home,” Pepe told Iris on their final date in Episode 36. “I’m glad you’re from L.A. It does make it a lot easier, I think, to just see where things go from there.”
In the reunion episode, which was filmed on August 12, Iris and Pepe confirmed that their romance was still going strong. They did mention that they were divided on if they were officially boyfriend and girlfriend. Pepe wanted to label it, but Iris thought they should date for a while before that happens.
Since the reunion was filmed, however, Iris and Pepe called it quits. They unfollowed each other on Instagram, and then confirmed in separate statements that they were no longer together.

Amaya Espinal & Bryan Arenales
Status: Split
After Amaya had some trouble finding a solid connection in the villa, things started looking up when she coupled up with Bryan in Episode 30. From there, it was smooth sailing, and they went on to win the whole thing.
Not only were Amaya and Bryan still dating by the end of Season 7, but they also made their relationship exclusive in the finale. They spent the first few weeks out of the villa appearing in each other’s social media posts and making public appearances together.
At the reunion, which was filmed on August 12, Amaya assured fans that they were still in a good place. Weeks later, however, things changed.
“Bryan and I are no longer together,” Amaya wrote on her Instagram Story on August 27. “After leaving the villa, it became very clear that we were on two different journeys. Our visions didn’t align and relationships are supposed to be a team sport. You don’t have to drink the whole sea to know it’s salty.”

Huda Mustafa & Chris Seeley
Status: Split
In a series first, one couple broke things off in the finale episode. Chris and Huda had never made their relationship official, and their Season 7 journey wasn’t exactly trouble-free. They got together immediately following the Casa Amor episodes. Shortly after, the third place couple started butting heads about PDA.
Though Chris told Huda he thought they could try things in the real world during their final date, they began to argue. Ultimately, they couldn’t reconcile their differences. Huda told her then-partner that they should just be friends.
Chris, however, revealed during the reunion that he doesn’t think friendship is in the cards after Huda spoke negatively about him in the press.

Iris Kendall & TJ Palma
Status: Still Together
After her split with Pepe, Iris was linked to her villa ex TJ in early September. They hard-launched their relationship on social media a short while later at New York Fashion Week. They officially became boyfriend and girlfriend a few months later, which was depicted on Love Island: Beyond the Villa.

Taylor Williams & Clarke Carraway
Status: Still Together
The only other official couple to be sent packing was Taylor and Clarke. They got together in Episode 19, shortly after Clarke’s Casa Amor entrance. Taylor asked Clarke to be exclusive during Episode 32, but they were voted off the island in the same episode.
However, their relationship status still stands post-show. “We’re still the same as we were in the villa,” Taylor told Today in a July 11 interview. That remains true a year later.
On Love Island: Beyond the Villa, Clarke and Taylor navigated a long distance relationship. They still were when Swooon interviewed them in April 2026. “I think we’re just continuing to plan for the future,” Clarke said. “So not only, ‘Hey, When can you come see me? When can I come see you?’ But, ‘What is life gonna look like for us in two years when you’re done with school? Where do we plan on moving?’ Like, having those hard discussions that are important.”
