Are Whitney and Justin Rose still together?
No, Whitney and Justin are not together. News of their separation was first confirmed in July 2026, although Whitney recently confirmed to Us Weekly that they actually split two months earlier.
During an October 2026 interview with Page Six Radio, Whitney confirmed that she had filed for divorce, noting that fans would see the whole thing play out on Season 7 of RHOSLC. “It took me a long time to get here,” she explained.
Before the two officially separated, Whitney began staying in the guest bedroom at their house. Now, they share the house and an apartment and “rotate” between the two. When one of them stays at the house with the kids, the other stays at the apartment.
Things are amicable between the exes, Whitney confirmed. “Justin and I work together. We coparent,” she told Us Weekly. “We do everything together.”
Why did Whitney and Justin Rose split?
Whitney opened up about the divorce on Watch What Happens Live in October 2026, telling Andy Cohen, “It wasn’t just one thing. It was a combination of many things over many years. I mean, I think it’s safe to say that this has been slowly building for a while and I finally just realized that it’s time to change.”
When Page Six first broke news of the separation in July, it was alleged that “financial stress” was partly to blame for the split. Whitney seemingly confirmed this on a Season 7 episode of RHOSLC, admitting that “the loss of [their] business” (which she later reclaimed) “really took a toll on the relationship.”
“Disagreeing and arguing about the business snowballed into arguing about everything, down to, like, what’s for dinner,” Whitney explained. “If I answer it wrong, he’s mad at me. If he insinuates something, I’m mad at him. And there’s no resolution. So, as scary as it is, space away from Justin is what I need.”
How did Whitney and Justin Rose meet?
Whitney and Justin met when they were working at Nu Skin Enterprises. At the time, they were both married to other people, and he was her boss. “She fell in love with Justin. They had this illicit, torrid affair and, as a result, they were both excommunicated from the Mormon church,” Heather Gay explained in Season 1 of RHOSLC.
They both wound up divorcing their previous partners and tied the knot in November 2009. For their 10-year anniversary, they renewed their vows in 2019.

Yes, Whitney has two biological children with Justin: daughter Bobbie, born in 2010, and son Brooks, born in 2013.

Whitney revealed that Bobbie and Brooks have been “supportive” of her and Justin’s decision to divorce, noting that their “nesting” living situation has helped keep things as normal as possible for the kids. “From the kids’ perspective, I would imagine, I mean, based on their feedback, it’s more peaceful,” she said. “It’s better.”
Meanwhile, Justin also has three sons (Austin, Trey, and Christopher) with his ex-wife.
