Jenny McCarthy got a special performance from her husband, Donnie Wahlberg, for her birthday this year.
McCarthy, who turned 54 on November 2, shared a video of her longtime love leaning close and singing “Happy Birthday” while showering her with kisses. “Got a midnight happy birthday serenade from my hubby,” the actress captioned the post, which also showed Wahlberg taking a break to give her some butterfly kisses with his eyelashes in between lyrics.
“Did you just video me singing to you?” he asks toward the end of the clip, while McCarthy smiled. “You’re sneaky,” she added.
Fellow celebrities flocked to the comments to gush about the couple, as well as wish McCarthy a happy birthday. “You guys are too cute,” wrote singer Rita Ora, adding a handful of heart emojis. The Real Housewives of New Jersey‘s Jacqueline Laurita chimed in, “Happy Birthday Jenny! Wishing you continued success, happiness, love, joy and peace!”

McCarthy’s only son, Evan, also wrote a birthday message to his mom underneath the video. She shares 24-year-old Evan with director John Asher, whom she was married to from 1999 until their divorce in 2005. “I love you so so so much more than to infinity and beyond it!!! I miss you very very much and I’m truly the luckiest son in the entire world to have you as my mother!!” Evan commented.
Wahlberg, who’s been married to McCarthy since 2014, dedicated his own post to his wife on November 1. He shared a video of the two of them in matching black turtlenecks, sharing kisses on a balcony. “May your birthday be as beautiful as you are!” the actor gushed on Instagram.
He continued, “May your next year be as amazing as your heart is! May each moment for you, be as incredible as each moment is with you! May the Lord continue to shine His light down upon you and fill your heart with His love! You are so absolutely wonderful, in every way, my darling! I love you more than words could ever express. Happy Birthday!”
