Demaiter is an influencer and model, with more than 3 million followers on Instagram. But prior to getting settled in the field of content creation, Demaiter was a junior ice hockey player in Canada.
Demaiter was a goaltender for the Bluewater Hawks in the Provincial Women’s Hockey League during the 2018-2019 season. However, she retired in 2019 when she was just 19 years old (more on that below).
Hockey remains a big part of Demaiter’s life. She is considered a “hockey influencer” and sometimes even posts modeling shots in her goalie pads.
Demaiter is from Canada and attended Western University in Ontario. She majored in occupational therapy and disability studies.

Demaiter had to retire from hockey after a knee injury in June 2019.
Following her retirement, she started dating former professional hockey player Kurtis Gabriel in 2020. Their relationship ended at some point before the end of 2024.

Prior to the confirmation, Demaiter was spotted supporting DeChambeau at LIV Golf New York in early August. She was wearing a hat for the team that DeChambeau captains.
In September, the couple was photographed holding hands in Washington D.C. after departing Marine One with Donald Trump. Us Weekly reported the following month that things were “getting serious” between the the athletes.
