According to 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way star Zuri Soto, “Living in France isn’t just baguettes and berets.”

During the second episode of The Other Way Season 8, which premieres on October 11, Zuri is making her 90 Day Fiancé debut with her boyfriend Ben Brachet. While she attempted to move to France once before to be with Ben, TLC teases that “their dream quickly fell apart.” Now, it’s time for a second-chance romance. That said, TLC revealed that there could be some trouble in paradise. The network revealed, “Between Ben’s skeptical friend group and growing questions about another woman he connected with during their time apart, Zuri must decide whether their future together is worth the risk.”

Who is 90 Day Fiancé‘s Zuri Soto?

According to Zuri’s Instagram, she is a 26-year-old “Professional Side Quester” from Fairfield, Connecticut. She studied communications and media studies and minored in music at Roger Williams University. Looks like she has something in common with her musician costar, Andi Jane!

What is Zuri’s job?

In an introduction video posted by TLC, Zuri revealed that she works at a recording studio as their director of outreach and marketing. For the role, she manages their social media, runs their website, and plans all their events. While she loves the job, she doesn’t make it clear whether she’ll be able to do it remotely.

How did Zuri and Ben meet?

Zuri met Ben while she was studying abroad in the UK. During that time, it appears that she traveled all over Europe and eventually decided to move in with her new French boyfriend. However, as TLC puts it, “When she moved to France to build a life with him, their dream quickly fell apart. Zuri struggled to find her place, while Ben questioned whether she could ever truly adapt to life in his country.”
