Per her LinkedIn, Meyer-Whalley works as a freelance executive assistant for House of Stephanie, a couture jewelry line. She previously worked in marketing for Uni Refill System and Streetflower, and was also an assistant volleyball coach for Sunshine Volleyball Club.

Meyer-Whalley was a college volleyball player. From 2014 to 2015, she attended the University of Washington, majoring in sociology. She then transferred to the University of Southern California and graduated with a degree in communication and media studies.

Fried and Meyer-Whalley have been together since at least 2024, although the exact time they began dating is unknown. They first publicly confirmed their relationship in July 2024 while walking the red carpet at an event for the All-Star Game weekend in Texas.
