All About Chris Harrison’s New Dating Show ‘The Vow’ With Lead Jace Cates

The Bachelor alum Chris Harrison is back with a new reality dating series with a format that looks awfully familiar.

On September 16, Fox Nation revealed the premiere date for Harrison’s The Vow, a new reality series following “one eligible bachelor” who “embarks on a relationship journey with 10 women, each seeking lasting commitment and marriage.” The series focuses on shared values and faith, with the bachelor and his final pick hopefully crafting a long-lasting off-camera relationship.

Scroll to find out everything we know so far about Chris Harrison’s new series, when it will premiere, who’s leading Season 1, if any other Bachelor alums are set to make an appearance, and more.

What is Chris Harrison’s The Vow?

The Vow is a new dating series hosted by the former Bachelor Nation host, who left the franchise after a major online controversy. The official announcement reveals, “Across six episodes, one eligible bachelor, 30-year-old Jace Cates, embarks on a relationship journey with ten women, each seeking lasting commitment and marriage.”

The teaser continues, “Through curated dates and real-world compatibility challenges, Chris Harrison’s The Vow explores whether shared values, faith, communication, and long-term goals can build a relationship designed to last long after the cameras stop rolling. At a time when much of modern dating culture is driven by fleeting connections and social media attention, the series offers a different approach by placing the focus on meaningful relationships, commitment, and building a life together.”

Who else is involved in The Vow?

Fox Nation’s The Vow is executive produced by Harrison and his wife, Lauren Zima, as well as Nicholas Caprio and Tom Huffman, who both worked on Scamanda. The production team is rounded out by a group of Bachelor alums including showrunner and executive producer Louis Caric, consulting producer Elan Gale, casting director Lindsay Liles, and director Michael Shea. Bachelor favorites Sean and Catherine Lowe are set to make an on-screen appearance as well.

Announcing the project, Harrison shared, “I’m so excited to be back helping people find love, and Fox Nation has been an incredible partner in bringing this vision to life. We were inspired by the faith-driven renaissance happening across America, and as a result, I believe we’ve created the most authentic dating show on television today. At a time when so many people feel dating has become harder than ever, The Vow asks a simple but important question: Can genuine, lasting love still be found in the modern world? The stakes couldn’t be higher. I’m incredibly proud and honored to put my name on this show.”
