On October 4, a brand-new season of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way premieres on TLC, introducing viewers to new and returning couples from the 90 Day Fiancé franchise. For those who aren’t familiar, this spinoff flips the script, following American citizens moving abroad to live with their long-distance loves. While two returning couples are continuing their love story on camera, another familiar face from outside of the 90 Day Fiancé universe has joined the cast. Of course, we’re talking about 90 Day newbie Jessy Peralta.

Who is Jessy Peralta?
Jesaura “Jessy” Peralta is a pageant queen from the Bronx who is set to star in Season 8 of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way. According to TLC, Jessy has a “history of choosing the wrong men,” and hopes her current boyfriend is different. On social media, Jessy has been very candid about her endometriosis diagnosis and advocacy, writing, “By sharing my story, I hope to help even one person feel seen, heard, or informed.”
Jessy attended LIM College in Manhattan, which specializes in fashion-focused majors, where she appears to have studied fashion merchandising. She is currently the Marketing Director of Vittorio Smoot, a luxury brand in Italy. Per Vittorio Smoot’s social media, Jessy has “extensive luxury experience in operations, IT, and marketing for top brands such as Estée Lauder Companies, Dior, and Boss.”

What TV shows has Jessy Peralta appeared on?
Jessy has previously appeared on TLC’s Find Love Live, which featured singles finding love in real time during quarantine. This series was hosted by Sukanya Krishnan, who also hosted the 90 Day: Hunt for Love Season 1 Tell All. Jessy also appeared on Season 1 of She’s Single: New York, which is an independent reality TV series.
Who is Jessy Peralta’s boyfriend?
Today, Jessy is dating Vittorio Palchetti, the founder of Vittorio Smoot, who currently lives in Florence, Italy. Outside of his fashion industry ties, Vittorio is a private tennis coach. According to Vittorio’s LinkedIn, he founded Vittorio Smoot in May of 2022. Before that, he worked as a manager at Hermès. He attended the American University of Rome, where he was the 2017 valedictorian, and then received a Master’s degree in fashion buying and product management from Polimoda: The Fashion Institute of Florence, Italy. He also lists acting as one of his special skills.

Ahead of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way, TLC has teased that intimacy and family drama are in these romantic and business partners’ future. The network writes, “[Jessy’s] moving to Italy to build a future with the charming fashion industry insider she believes could finally break the pattern. But once she arrives, Jessy quickly begins to wonder whether the glamorous life and man she fell for are really what they seem. After a year together, the couple has yet to have sex, Vittorio’s family has doubts about their relationship, and both are keeping secrets that could turn their future upside down.
