All About Michael Strahan’s Girlfriend Amid Baby No. 5 News
Michael Strahan recently celebrated a major milestone with his girlfriend. TMZ reported on August 26 that the Good Morning America star welcomed a child with Kayla Quick earlier this year.
The two have always been extremely private about their romance, which began in 2015 following his split from Nicole Mitchell, Eddie Murphy‘s ex-wife, the previous year. Per TMZ, Strahan and Quick welcomed a baby girl at some point in 2026, despite rumors that they had broken up after more than a decade together.

Who is Michael Strahan’s girlfriend?
According to Quick’s LinkedIn, per People, she is the founder and CEO of the brand FIZZNESS, a “beauty-based wellness brand with an earth-meets-science approach.” She previously told The Purist that she created the brand after being “inspired by the desire to create beauty-based wellness products that simplify your routine,” adding, “We source our ingredients in nature, and formulate with science.”
Quick is also an investor in Poppy Seed Health and GORGIE and works in real estate sales and development.
She graduated from the University of Tampa with a degree in mass communications/media studies and attended a program at Columbia Business School in 2023. She also went to the International Culinary Center and Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Since Quick and Strahan keep details about their romance tight-lipped, it’s unclear how they first met and connected.
Who else was Michael Strahan married to?
Strahan’s first wife was Wanda Hutchins. They were married from 1992 to 1996. Hutchins is an interior designer and decorator.
Following the divorce, he entered a relationship with Jean Muggli. They were married until 2006, and Muggli was awarded $15.3 million in the divorce settlement, along with $18,000 a month in child support. The latter was lowered to $13,000 a month after Strahan’s NFL retirement in 2008.
In 2009, Strahan proposed to Mitchell. They ended their engagement in 2014. According to Page Six, part of the reason for the split was her unwillingness to sign a prenup.
How many kids does Michael Strahan have?
Strahan is now a father to five children. With Hutchins, he shares his two eldest children, Tanita, born in November 1991, and Michael Jr., born in September 1994. They were born in Houston but grew up in Germany after Strahan and Hutchins’ divorce. When Michael Jr. was 11 and Tanita was in high school, they moved back to Texas.

With Muggli, Strahan shares twin daughters Isabella and Sophia. In 2023, Isabella publicly documented her health struggles after being diagnosed with a brain tumor. While she is now cancer-free, she will continue to get routine checkups.
Following their split, Muggli and Strahan were involved in a contentious custody battle over the girls. In 2020, he sued for primary custody, accusing Muggli of being verbally and physically abusive to the girls (at the time, they were traveling back and forth from where she lived in North Carolina and where he resided in New York City). The claims were dismissed later that year, with the exes privately agreeing on a custody arrangement, per Page Six.
Details about Strahan’s fifth child, with Quick, have been kept under wraps, although TMZ confirmed it’s a baby girl.
