‘Finding Her Edge’ Reveals Major Season 2 Update & First Look
Grab your skates, we’re headed back to Russo Rink! Well, Voltage Academy, now…
On September 2, Netflix revealed that Finding Her Edge Season 2 has officially started filming in Canada, revealing a first look at Madelyn Keys, Olly Atkins, and Cale Ambrozic as Adriana, Freddie, and Brayden. Author Jennifer Iacopelli also revealed just how similar Season 2 will be to her upcoming Finding Her Edge sequel, On Thin Ice.
Season 1 of the Netflix teen drama follows Adriana, the middle of three heirs to the Russo skating legacy, who reenters the sport when her sister, Elise (Alexandra Beaton), gets injured. Fighting to fund her family’s struggling rink, Adriana teams up with Brayden, both on and off the ice, pretending to be a couple to win more sponsorships. At the same time, Adriana’s former partner and first crush, Freddie, returns to the rink with his new partner, Riley (Millie Davis). That being said, the season ended with a dramatic partner shake-up, so it looks like we’ll be seeing some brand-new pairings in Season 2.
Now that Adriana Russo is a world champion and she’s finally made her choice between Freddie and Brayden (at least for now), fans are eager for a second season of Finding Her Edge. Scroll to find out everything we know so far, what happened at the end of Season 1, what the cast has said about returning, and more.

What will Finding Her Edge Season 2 be about?
Heading into Season 2, Netflix teases, “The Russo sisters trade their family rink for the cutthroat pressure of Voltage Academy, where every skate could make or break their National Team ambitions. As the pressure mounts on and off the ice, Adriana finds herself torn between her loyal boyfriend, Freddie, and Brayden, the former skating partner she never truly left behind.”
