Members: James DeBarge

DeBarge was a popular American R&B family group from Detroit, Michigan, primarily active in the 1980s. Comprised of the DeBarge siblings—including El, Bunny, and Mark—they were known for their smooth vocal harmonies and catchy melodies.

They rose to fame under the Motown label with hits like “All This Love,” “I Like It,” and “Rhythm of the Night.” Despite internal conflicts and personal struggles leading to their eventual breakup, the group’s musical legacy continues to influence contemporary R&B and pop artists.
