Forstag’s longtime girlfriend, whom he refers to as his “sweetheart,” is Allie Hay. According to what appears to be her LinkedIn profile, Hay is Director of Philanthropy at Planned Parenthood of Montana. (She also links to the organization’s donation page in the bio of her private Instagram profile.)
She graduated with a degree in psychology from Montana State University in 2015. Two years later, she started at Planned Parenthood as a community organizer and rose within the ranks to her current position, which she took on in 2022.

Hay has also been a involved in her boyfriend’s campaign, showing up at events and being featured in his social media posts. Occasionally, Forstag has shown love for his “sweetheart” in non-race-related posts, including a series of photos taken during a hiking trip this fall.
