According to Emma, it was JT who brought up Kara and Jamal’s friendship, not the other way around. Now, it’s clear Kara is not happy with her potential partner.

Who is Hunt for Love‘s JT?
Josh “JT” Thompson is a former D1 wide receiver for the Stephen F. Austin State University Lumberjacks football team. He is currently starring on Season 2 of 90 Day: Hunt for Love. He also has over 60,000 followers on Instagram, where he has made it clear he is looking for his passenger princess.

How old is JT?
JT is 27 years old. During the first episode, Kara, who is 33, was taken aback by his age. She mentioned that her ex, Guillermo Rojer, is the same age, which makes her question JT’s maturity.
Where is JT from?
JT has bounced back and forth between Florida and Texas all his life. He lives in Fort Lauderdale, where he moved after he attended Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, from 2017 to 2022. Before that, JT lived in Garland, Texas, and was born in Tampa, Florida.
Are JT and Kara dating?
So far, JT and Kara have been on a few dates together. During their first date, Kara revealed that she makes spicy content, which gave JT pause. However, he also opened up to Kara about his childhood, revealing, “My mom struggled so f**king much. We were homeless at one point, you know what I’m saying? We were living in our car.” Later, he got emotional about not having a dad.
What happened between JT and Emma?
During a group date, after Chloe Fabiano revealed that she was distancing herself from Emma, JT claimed, “[Emma] pulled me at the pool and she said, ‘Hey, I have something to talk to you about.'” She then asked him, “How do you feel about [Kara] being in Jamal’s room at two/three in the morning all the time?”
Later, when Kara confronted Emma about JT’s claims, Emma argued that it was JT who brought up Kara and Jamal’s late-night chats. As Kara put it, “Someone’s lying, and if it is JT that’s lying, that’s a problem. I don’t like people who are lying on women.” Kara then spilled that Chloe said she’s putting space between her and Emma.
