Who Is ‘The Voice’ Advisor Carly Pearce’s Boyfriend? All About Her Love Life
For the Battle Rounds on Season 30 of The Voice, all four coaches have brought in celebrity advisors to help them mentor their 12 team members. Newbie Riley Green had fellow country singer Carly Pearce by his side. Pearce previously helped out Michael Bublé‘s team in Season 26.
But even though Pearce and Green are working closely together on the show and recently collaborated on the song “If I Don’t Leave I’m Gonna Stay,” their relationship is purely professional. In fact, Pearce is in a relationship with Jordan Karcher, and she recently revealed to Taste of Country that she’s started looking for engagement rings.

Who is Carly Pearce’s boyfriend?
Karcher is the co-founder and CEO of Eileen, a company that provides “independent, on demand, objective, and customizable shelf audits, retail photos, and competitive intel from any store.” Eileen tracks “everything from competitive pricing to end-cap performance, empowering brands to transform their sales from reactive to proactive.”

He was also the founder of Grounds & Hounds Coffee Co. in 2013 and remained CEO until it was acquired in 2023. Grounds & Hounds is a premium coffee company that donates 20% of all profits to help “eradicate the unnecessary killing of sheltered dogs.”
Karcher graduated from Florida International University with a degree in international business in 2009, per LinkedIn. He received his MBA from the University of Notre Dame in 2015.
How did Carly Pearce meet her boyfriend?
Pearce and Karcher met on the dating app Raya in early 2025. She appeared on Bunnie XO’s Dumb Blonde podcast in August 2025 and revealed they’d been together for “about six months,” although she didn’t hard-launch the romance until July of that year. Karcher posted with Pearce for the first time in June 2025.
“I just didn’t think you could meet a real person on Raya,” she admitted. “I don’t know, I just felt like … how am I going to be able to meet somebody that’s aligned with me? He’s not in any kind of entertainment, which is the best thing ever. I’m just really happy.”
Why did Carly Pearce leave her husband?
Pearce was previously married to country singer Michael Ray, whom she met in 2018 after sliding into his DMs. By the end of that year, they were engaged, and they tied the knot in October 2019.
However, Pearce filed for divorce after just eight months of marriage, and it was finalized in September 2020. “[We] didn’t really have real conversations, and we didn’t really know about each other,” Pearce admitted on Dumb Blonde.

She also said the marriage “wasn’t what I signed up for” and “wasn’t the marriage that I know I deserve.” And while Pearce did not outright confirm rumors that Ray had cheated on her, she pointed to songs about infidelity on her 2021 album 29 and noted that they weren’t “written out of thin air.”
Despite the quickie divorce, Pearce said in a July 2026 TikTok video (below), “I absolutely want to get married again and intend to get married again, and I will not let my past hinder me from doing that again. So what if I was divorced? It was a startup marriage and now I get to have the real one.”
Following the divorce, Pearce dated former baseball player Riley King for about two years before their 2023 split. “For the most part, it was great,” she told People. “People date to see if they’re gonna go the distance, and we weren’t. We just simply were not right for each other, and that’s the bottom line. I am on such a beautiful journey, and I am really excited about the next chapter of my life.”
Shortly after the breakup, fans began speculating that she was dating her drummer, BC Taylor, which she confirmed later that year. It’s unclear exactly when that romance ended, but it was at some point before Pearce got on Raya and met Karcher at the beginning of 2025.
Does Carly Pearce have children?
No, Pearce does not have children and she revealed in her July 2026 TikTok that she does not plan on having kids.

“I always feel bad saying that I actually don’t want children,” Pearce admitted. “I love children. I love my friends’ children. I’m a great aunt. But it was never my dream. My dream was to pursue country music and live on the road. I know some people do [both] and they’re great at it, but it has never been my dream.”
She continued, “I think we should normalize people who truly know they don’t want to have kids. I don’t think it should be for everyone just because society tells us to. I don’t want children. And I’m totally OK with that.”
