Amanda and Razvan met for the first time in person on Before the 90 Days, when she traveled to Romania after they met on TikTok. Like most relationships that start on TikTok, theirs didn’t last in the real world. At the Tell All, Amanda revealed that she broke up with Razvan shortly after her trip.

Why did Amanda and Razvan break up?
Amanda and Razvan’s relationship was incredibly rocky, so fans weren’t surprised when they announced that they had broken up between filming the season and the Tell All. When they met after four months of dating online, Amanda was 31, and Razvan was 26.
At the Tell All, Amanda explained that she broke up with Razvan about two or three weeks after she returned to the States. According to Amanda, Razvan’s focus was elsewhere. She explained, ‘When I got back, Razvan was very focused on his career and himself.” Ultimately, the two decided to just be friends.
What happened to Amanda’s first husband?
During their season, Amanda revealed that her first husband, Jason, died at 45 in 2022, just 10 days after he was diagnosed with ampullary cancer. They were together for 12 years before he passed, and they had two children together. Seeing as she met Razvan soon after her husband died, fans called out Amanda, believing she didn’t take the time to grieve her husband.
In a recent TikTok remembering Jason, she explained, “People say I must not have loved my late husband to have ‘moved on’ so soon… but that’s the thing… I loved him so much beyond words and that’s why I couldn’t face what happened.. that’s why I allowed myself to get involved with someone else soon after because I couldn’t deal with his death. I wanted him to still be here with me. I wanted to feel that love.”

Today, Amanda is married to Joel Zalazar, whom she married in January 2025. While Amanda hasn’t posted much about her new man, he frequently posts selfies with her and clearly adores her two kids from her first marriage, Aleena and Junior.
