What is Casa Amor in Love Island USA?
New viewers may be wondering what exactly Casa Amor is and why it’s become one of Love Island USA‘s most famous segments. We got you: Once they’re feeling relatively secure in their couples, the Islanders are broken up, with either the boys or the girls temporarily moving to a separate villa called Casa Amor.
There, they’ll meet six new singles of the opposite sex. The same amount of new singles will be added to the OG villa, too. At the end of it all is a recoupling ceremony. The Islanders will either move on with someone new or remain loyal. It makes for some messy splits, to say the least.
Peacock
Season 7 put a twist on the twist. The show forced all of the original couples to break up when Casa Amor started. The newly single girls and boys had to officially couple up with a new Casa bombshell. Every single Casa cast member returned to the original villa, a deviation from past seasons.
