Rick and Trisha saw their biggest roadblock when he revealed that he had cheated on her with his ex during a time when he thought she had ghosted him. Viewers first got to know Rick, a 52-year-old business owner from California, who was dating a 25-year-old midwife from Madagascar. Ahead of the season, TLC shared, “Rick is a jack-of-all-trades and a divorced single dad who believes he’s finally found the right woman to complete his family, Trisha, a fiery midwife from Madagascar. They’ve been planning a future together, but trust issues loom large after Trisha recently ghosted him, leaving their in-person relationship off to a rocky start.”
Does Rick have kids?
Yes, Rick has five children. During the season, he revealed, “Anytime that I have free, I’m spending with my kids. I have five children, three are grown adults from previous relationships, and two young sons from my most recent relationship.” He recently posted a picture with four of his sons at what appears to be Disneyland.

Is Rick in a relationship today?
In April 2026, Rick revealed he was dating a new woman, posting a photo of them together on an airplane on his Instagram Story. As of October, his new lady appears to no longer follow him, indicating that they have split.
Was Rick arrested?
On October 29, 90 Day Fiancé blog KiKi and Kibbitz alleged that Rick “was reportedly arrested on 10/28/2026 following an alleged physical confrontation with his current girlfriend.”
According to the blog, Rick was released on bail, and they reminded readers, “All allegations remain unproven, and an arrest does not mean someone is guilty.” While this has caused Rick to become a hot topic in the 90 Day community once again, the allegations are alleged.
