Get ready for the annual Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve celebration, hosted by Ryan Seacrest, which always has an exciting lineup of popular performers. This year, more than 38 performances will span five and a half hours, with Seacrest and Jenny McCarthy counting down at Times Square in New York City with Carrie Underwood, Demi Lovato and Wiz Khalifa (featuring Charlie Puth). On the west coast, Fergie will be hosting the Billboard Hollywood Party,with performances from One Direction, Ellie Goulding and Andy Grammer.
