If you think you're killing it at the gym, you might have doubts after watching meteorologist Joe Moravsky tackle the American Ninja Warrior obstacle course with laser focus.

American Ninja Warrior: USA vs. The World is back for the third time on TV, with Team USA competing against Team Europe and Team Japan. After Team USA lost last year, a team of mostly brand-new competitors will be involved this year, including first-ever American Ninja Warrior winner Isaac Caldiero and runner-up Geoff Britten. Both Caldiero and Britten were also the first to take on stage four of the Mt. Midoriyama obstacle course last year during Season 7.

Meanwhile, Moravsky returns this year more determined than ever, hoping to get Team USA (which also includes former Ninja competitors Kevin Bull, Drew Drechsel and Ian Dory) through the first three stages.

All three teams will compete in Las Vegas, with defending champions, Team Europe, back with three of the same competitors, and Team Japan back with two of the same champs.

Check out an exclusive clip of Moravsky, 26, as he finds himself taking on stage 2 at the very last minute. Of course, he pretty much slays the tasks like a boss...without even breaking out in much of a sweat. (Time to renew that gym membership?)
